• Application Fields: Suitable for water-based systems in multiple fields, including industrial coatings, automotive coatings, architectural coatings, can coatings, coil coatings, wood and furniture coatings, marine and anti-corrosion coatings, floor coatings, printing inks, inkjet inks, construction chemicals, paper coatings, and adhesives.

• Recommended Dosage: Based on the total formulation, the dosage of the additive is usually 0.1%-1%. The specific dosage needs to be adjusted according to the actual application system and process conditions.

• Addition Method: It can be added at any stage of production. For better defoaming effect, it is recommended to split the dosage of the defoamer into two additions: 2/3 of the dosage is added to the millbase, and 1/3 is added during the letdown stage or after the letdown is completed.

• Packaging Specifications: Typically available in 25 kg barrels or 200 kg steel drums.

• Storage Conditions: It should be stored in a sealed, moisture-proof environment at room temperature and away from light. The shelf life is 24 months. It is non-hazardous for transportation and suitable for regular transportation.
