CAS Number: 2530-83-8
Appearance: Colorless transparent liquid
Boiling Point: 260-262℃
Density: 1.07g/cm³ at 20℃
Solubility: Soluble in water, and undergoes hydrolysis reaction with water to release methanol; also soluble in alcohols and most aliphatic esters (when the dosage is below 5%).
2. Product Features
Bifunctional Group Property: Contains one epoxy organic reactive group and one trimethoxysilane inorganic reactive group, which can react or "couple" with the surfaces of various organic polymers and inorganic substances.
Excellent Adhesion: Significantly improves the adhesion of organic resins to inorganic surfaces, and enhances the dry/wet tensile strength, modulus, flexural strength, compressive strength, etc., of composite materials.
Good Compatibility: Compatible with various resins (such as epoxy resin, polyurethane, alkyd resin, phenolic resin, acrylic resin, nylon) and fillers.
Good Hydrolytic Stability: Can be directly added to resin systems, and has the characteristics of no yellowing and high transparency.
3. Technical Indicators

4. Application Fields
Electronic Components: Used in electronic component sealants, which can significantly improve the electrical performance of the sealants.
Adhesives: Suitable for adhesives based on epoxy, polyurethane, phenolic and other resins, improving the adhesion of the adhesives.
Coatings & Inks: Widely used in water-based and oil-based glass/metal coatings and inks, which can enhance the flexibility, water resistance, wear resistance, scrub resistance, scratch resistance and chemical resistance of the coatings; also used as a silane coupling agent for LED potting adhesives.
Inorganic Filler Treatment: Used as a surface treatment agent for inorganic fillers (such as clay, talc, wollastonite, fumed silica, quartz, aluminum powder, copper powder and iron powder), improving the bonding force between inorganic fillers and resins.
5. Packaging & Storage
Packaging Specifications: 20KG/barrel or 200KG/barrel
