Application Fields
Inks: Suitable for water-based letterpress inks, solvent-based letterpress inks, water-based gravure inks, water-based lithographic inks, etc. The addition amount is generally 0.05% - 1.5%, which can reduce the coefficient of friction, prevent adhesion and improve wear resistance.
Coatings: Can be used in water-based overprint varnishes, water-based industrial coatings, water-based paints, etc. The addition amount is usually 0.05% - 1.0%, which can improve the smoothness and wear resistance of the coating film.
Leather: Applied in water-based leather inks, etc., to improve the hand feel and wear resistance of the leather surface.
Usage Method
Addition Timing: It can be added during grinding, paint mixing or the later stage.
Addition Amount: Generally 0.05% - 3.0% of the total weight of the formula, which depends on the formula type, solvent, resin system and total solid content. It can also be adjusted within the range of 0.1% - 0.5% according to actual needs.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging Specification: Common packages include 15.8KG barrels and 175KG barrels.
Storage Conditions: This product is not a dangerous good, non-toxic and non-flammable. It should be sealed and stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place indoors. Before use is completed, the container should be strictly sealed after each use.
