High Defoaming Efficiency: It achieves highly effective defoaming even at low addition levels. It rapidly eliminates existing foam and exhibits strong foam-suppressing performance, capable of inhibiting foam formation for an extended period.
Excellent Compatibility: It has good diffusibility and permeability, and is compatible with various foaming systems such as oils and cutting fluids without affecting the basic properties of the foaming systems.
Strong Temperature Resistance: It maintains a wide temperature adaptability range and can retain stable defoaming performance in high-temperature environments, withstanding temperatures up to 130℃ without deactivation.
Broad Applicability: It can be used across a wide pH range and delivers excellent defoaming results for foaming systems in different acidic or alkaline environments.
3. Application Fields
Metal Processing: Suitable for metal cutting fluids. It effectively eliminates foam generated in metal cutting processes—caused by the high surfactant content in cutting fluids and the fast flow rate of working fluids. This prevents foam from leaving stains on cut workpieces and ensures the normal operation of cutting machinery.
Textile Dyeing & Printing: Applicable to high-temperature textile dyeing and printing processes. It exerts ideal defoaming effects at temperatures between 80-100℃, ensuring the smooth progression of dyeing and printing operations.
Detergents: Can be incorporated into detergents such as laundry detergents. It addresses foam issues arising from the stirring or shaking of laundry detergents, preventing problems like incomplete garment cleaning, water waste, and damage to washing machines caused by excessive foam.
4. Packaging and Storage
Packaging: Typically supplied in 200 kg drums; custom packaging options are available upon customer request.
Storage: Should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated area with the container tightly sealed to ensure stable product performance.
