2. Product Characteristics
- Strong Defoaming and Foam-Suppressing Ability: It achieves excellent defoaming and foam-suppressing effects even at extremely low concentrations, effectively controlling foam in water-based coatings and inks.
- Good Compatibility: It is compatible with various resin systems such as epoxy, polyester, polyurethane, and polyethylene. It rarely causes problems like craters or pitting, and does not affect the gloss and transparency of the coating film.
- Performance Enhancement: It has good leveling and wetting properties, which can improve the wear resistance and smoothness of inks, coatings, and paints, while also increasing gloss.
- Environmental Friendliness: It does not contain alkylphenol ethoxylate (APEO) adducts, has zero VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds), and no heavy metals, making it an environmentally friendly defoamer.

Suitable for water-based coatings, water-based inks, water-based varnishes, water-based wood coatings, industrial cleaning, metal processing, fermentation systems, and other fields.
4. Usage Method
- Addition Amount: The addition amount depends on the formula type, solvent, resin system, and total solid content of the system. Generally, it accounts for 0.05%-2.0% of the total weight of the formula. For example:
- 0.5% addition amount in water-based flexographic printing inks;
- 0.1%-0.5% addition amount in water-based gravure printing inks;
- 0.05%-0.1% addition amount in water-based screen printing inks.
- Addition Method: It can be added during the grinding, paint mixing, or post-processing stages.
5. Packaging and Storage
- Packaging Specifications: 20 kg/barrel, 200 kg/barrel
- Storage Conditions: Store in a well-ventilated, cool, and dry indoor environment. Avoid contact with strong oxidants. After opening the package for use, seal the container immediately to prevent volatilization and deterioration.
