2. Product Characteristics
- High Solid Content: Features a high solid content, enabling more effective performance in foam control processes.
- Wide Applicability: Suitable for various metalworking fluids, including emulsion-type, microemulsion-type, semi-synthetic, and fully synthetic metalworking fluid formulations.
- Excellent Defoaming & Foam-Suppressing Performance: Maintains good foam-suppressing and defoaming properties over a wide temperature range. Even under low-temperature conditions, its defoaming and foam-suppressing performance remains outstanding.
- Significant Effect at Low Dosage: Only a small amount of AFE-1267 needs to be added to achieve excellent foam control results, reducing usage costs.
- Easy to Use: Can be added both during formulation and production processes. For formulation addition, it can be directly incorporated into metalworking fluid formulations; if dispersion is poor in special formulations, the antifoam agent can be mixed evenly with water at a 1:1 ratio before addition.

4. Storage Conditions
- Should be stored in unopened original containers at a temperature of 5–40°C, with a shelf life of 6 months.
- The product may freeze at 0°C or below. If frozen, it can be thawed at 18–29°C for one day, then stirred evenly before use; thawing does not affect its performance.
- Slight stratification may occur during long-term storage. It is recommended to stir the product evenly before use.
