4. Product Characteristics

  • Excellent Surface Activity: Possesses superior detergency, emulsification, dispersion, wetting, solubilization, and foaming properties. It generates foam quickly, with rich and stable bubbles, and maintains solution transparency even at low temperatures.
  • Hard Water Resistance: The ethoxylated chain enhances its solubility in hard water and anti-precipitation ability, resulting in good resistance to hard water.
  • Biodegradability: Features good biodegradability, making it environmentally friendly.
  • Mildness: Exhibits low irritation to the skin and eyes, milder than traditional Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), and is suitable for products targeting sensitive skin.

5. Main Applications

5.1 Personal Care Industry

Widely used in shampoos, body washes, facial cleansers, hand soaps, and other cleaning and cosmetic products. It serves as either the primary or auxiliary surfactant, providing effective cleansing, foaming, and emulsifying effects.

5.2 Detergent Industry

Used in formulating liquid detergents and compound laundry powders (soaps), especially in phosphate-free, low-phosphate, heavy-duty, and oil-stain-removing detergents, where it plays roles in foaming, stain removal, and solubilization.

5.3 Industrial Fields

  • In the textile, printing, and dyeing, and leather industries: Acts as a lubricant, leveling agent, cleaner, foaming agent, antistatic agent, and degreaser.
  • Other industrial uses: Serves as a pesticide emulsifier, crude oil demulsifier, and lubricating oil emulsifier.

6. Packaging and Storage

6.1 Packaging

  • Usually packaged in wide-mouth plastic drums, with common specifications including 110KG/drum, 170KG/drum, and 220KG/drum.
  • Alternative packaging options: IBC totes (intermediate bulk containers) and flexible liquid bags, available upon customer request.

6.2 Storage

  • Should be stored in a cool, well-ventilated warehouse, away from ignition sources and heat.
  • Avoid storage in environments above 50℃ to prevent product hydrolysis.
  • Seal the container tightly after each use to prevent moisture absorption or contamination.
