Applications

HDAOS is a new type of Trinder’s reagent widely used in diagnostic testing and biochemical experiments. It can be used as a chromogenic substrate in enzyme activity detection. For example, in the detection of catalase activity, it reacts with hydrogen peroxide under the action of peroxidase to form a stable purple or blue dye. By measuring the absorbance of the dye, the concentration of hydrogen peroxide can be accurately calculated, and then the activity of catalase can be evaluated.
