Improved Drug Release:​ Does not form a hydrophobic film on particle surfaces, thereby minimizing negative impacts on tablet disintegration​ and drug dissolution. This can enhance bioavailability.

Suitable for Effervescent Tablets:​ Does not form an impermeable film, allowing proper gas release.
