Emollient/Refatting Agent:​ A premier emollient and refatting agent. Forms a breathable, non-occlusive protective film​ on the skin, providing an exceptionally smooth, soft, moisturizing, and non-greasy feel​ while reducing moisture loss. Widely used in high-end creams, lotions, lipsticks, conditioners, and shaving products.

Plasticizer/Spreading Agent:​ Improves cream texture and spreadability, and enhances product gloss and ease of application.

Hair Conditioner:​ Imparts shine, softness, and antistatic properties to hair.

Textile Industry:

Softener/Lubricant:​ A key component of highly efficient, durable textile softeners and lubricants. Adsorbs onto fiber surfaces, significantly reducing inter-fiber friction, imparting superior softness and a smooth hand feel, and improving sewability. Used in finishing high-end underwear, towels, and bedding.

Surfactants:
