Product Application

Nylon Series (Core Application):

Nylon 610 (PA610):​ Polymerized with hexamethylenediamine. Offers a balance of properties between PA6 and PA66, with low moisture absorption, excellent dimensional stability, high toughness, and wear resistance. Used in precision mechanical parts, gears, high-tenacity brush filaments, and specialty textiles.

Nylon 1010 (PA1010):​ Polymerized with decamethylenediamine. A uniquely developed engineering plastic in China known for outstanding abrasion resistance, self-lubrication, low-temperature toughness, oil resistance, and dimensional stability. Used in automotive parts, high-pressure seals, fuel lines, and gears.

Nylon 10T (PA10T):​ A semi-aromatic nylon polymerized with terephthalic acid and decamethylenediamine (using sebacic acid-derived diamine), offering high-temperature resistance, high fluidity, and low water absorption. Ideal for LED reflectors, SMT connectors, and under-the-hood automotive applications.

Plasticizers:

Dioctyl Sebacate (DOS):​ Ester of sebacic acid and 2-ethylhexanol. A highly efficient cold-resistant primary plasticizer​ for PVC, providing excellent low-temperature flexibility. Used in cables for cold climates, automotive interiors, synthetic leather, and films.

Lubricants & Greases:

Used to synthesize high-performance lubricating oils, greases, and synthetic ester oils​ with good thermal stability and low-temperature fluidity.

 

Used to produce polyester polyols​ for manufacturing PU elastomers, coatings, adhesives, and sealants with superior hydrolysis resistance, low-temperature flexibility, and resilience.

Coatings & Resins:

Used in alkyd resins and unsaturated polyester resins​ to enhance flexibility, adhesion, and weatherability of coatings.

Other Uses:

Pharmaceutical intermediate​ for certain APIs.

Cosmetics​ as a pH adjuster and chelating agent.

Perfumery​ for musk-like fragrances.
