Coatings, Inks & Adhesives:

Water-borne Systems: An efficient coalescent and coupling agent​ that significantly improves latex particle coalescence, enhancing film gloss, hardness, adhesion, and water resistance.

Solvent-borne Systems: Used as a high-boiling, strong solvent to improve flow and leveling, preventing blushing.

Radiation-Curable Systems: Functions as a reactive diluent to reduce viscosity and improve flow, while participating in the curing reaction to minimize VOC.

Industrial & Household Cleaners:

Used in heavy-duty degreasers, metal cleaners, and precision electronics cleaners. Effectively dissolves greases and fluxes, rinses easily, and has slow evaporation for extended work time.

Chemical Synthesis & Reaction Solvent:

Serves as an aprotic polar solvent​ for Grignard reactions, alkylations, anionic polymerizations, etc. Its high boiling point is suitable for elevated temperature reactions.
