5. Usage Methods and Precautions

5.1 Usage Methods

  1. Dilution Ratio: Adjust according to application scenarios. For agricultural compounding, it is recommended to dilute 1000-2000 times; for industrial cleaning, it is recommended to add 5-15% directly (based on the total formula amount).

  2. Adding Method: Adopt the "post-addition" principle, first prepare the basic system (such as pesticide mother liquor, cleaning liquid base), then slowly add H-2630, and stir (rotating speed ≥300r/min) for 5-10 minutes until uniform.

  3. Suitable Temperature: The recommended operating temperature is 5-80℃. Avoid using below 0℃ or above 100℃ to prevent freezing or decomposition of active ingredients.

5.2 Precautions

  1. This product is strongly alkaline (pH 14-16). Wear alkali-resistant gloves and goggles during operation to avoid direct contact with skin and mucous membranes; if contact occurs accidentally, rinse with plenty of water for 15 minutes immediately and seek medical attention.

  2. It should be sealed and stored in a ventilated and dry place at 5-30℃, avoiding direct sunlight, with a shelf life of 12 months; it should be used up within 30 days after opening.

  3. When mixing with acidic substances, it is necessary to add dropwise gradually and stir vigorously to avoid local over-acidity leading to failure of active ingredients.

6. Packaging and Storage

  1. Packaging Specification: 25kg plastic barrels (food-grade HDPE material) or 200kg iron barrels are used for packaging. The barrel body is marked with model, batch number, shelf life and other information, suitable for small-batch trial and large-batch procurement needs.
