II. Application Scope

III. Usage Methods and Recommended Dosage

(I) Amino Silicone Oil for Textiles

1. Pretreatment Requirement: Emulsify and dilute according to the specified process first to prepare a 30% amino silicone oil emulsion before use.
2. Emulsification Process: Fully stir 60 kg of crude oil with 30 kg of supporting emulsifier for 5-10 minutes, then add acid water (2 kg of glacial acetic acid + 12 kg of water) and 200 kg of water in stages. Stir for 5-10 minutes after adding water each stage, and finally adjust the pH value to around 6 with glacial acetic acid, then filter and package.
3. Application Dosage: 1%-6% (o.w.f) diluted liquid for dipping method; 10g/L-50g/L diluted liquid for padding method.

(II) Functional Additives for Industrial/Agricultural Use

1. Coating Scenario: Add an appropriate amount according to the needs of the coating system. The dosage usually needs to be adjusted based on the construction process and substrate characteristics, and it is recommended to follow the guidance of the product technical manual.
2. Agricultural Scenario: Add 3-6 grams of this product to 15 kg of spray liquid, with a dilution ratio of 3000-5000 times. Use immediately after preparation; the prepared mixture should be sprayed within 24 hours. It is recommended to use a fine nozzle, low-flow and high-pressure sprayer to improve the effect.

IV. Packaging, Storage and Precautions

1. Packaging Specifications: Amino silicone oil for textiles is packed in 50L or 120L plastic barrels; industrial wetting agents are 25KG/barrel; agricultural products are commonly 500ml/bottle or 800g/bag (slightly different among different manufacturers).
2. Storage Requirements: Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse, avoiding high temperature, direct sunlight and humid environments. The shelf life of amino silicone oil for textiles is six months, and other types are recommended to follow the shelf life requirements marked on the package.
3. Safety and Usage Taboos:
   • In agricultural scenarios, avoid spraying during high-temperature periods; it is recommended to use in the morning or evening to reduce water evaporation. Do not mix with alkaline substances, but it is compatible with most pesticides and fertilizers.
   • Strictly follow the process steps during the emulsification of textile products, control the pH value and stirring time to ensure emulsion stability.
   • Keep the product away from children and pets. If accidentally ingested, seek medical attention immediately.
