Dispersion and Stability: Its anionic-nonionic compound structure forms an efficient coating layer on the surface of low-melting-point active ingredient particles, inhibiting particle melting, agglomeration, crystallization and creaming. For example, it can solve the crystallization and delamination problems of pyraclostrobin compound formulations after thermal storage.
Grinding Aid and Viscosity Reduction: It reduces the system viscosity during sand milling, improves grinding efficiency, and makes the particle size of active ingredients finer and more uniform. For instance, it can help 25% pyraclostrobin SC achieve a particle size control of d50 ≤ 2μm.
Strong Versatility: It is compatible with pyrazole-based active ingredients from different manufacturers with different crystal form ratios. Meanwhile, it can be extended to other formulations containing low-melting-point ingredients such as pyrethroids and difenoconazole.
Application Scenarios
Agricultural Field: Mainly used in the formulation optimization of pyraclostrobin single and compound formulations (such as pyraclostrobin + tebuconazole, pyraclostrobin + epoxiconazole, etc.) in suspension concentrate form. It ensures that the formulations have no delamination, no creaming, and a particle size increase of ≤ 35% after two weeks of thermal storage at 54℃.
Chemical Production: It can be used in the dispersion and stabilization of other low-melting-point active ingredients, such as the processing of high-solid-content SC formulations (720g/L chlorothalonil SC, etc.).
Technical Advantages: Compared with ordinary dispersants, its molecular structure has a more prominent "anchoring-isolation" effect on low-melting-point active ingredients. It can solve three major industry pain points: sand milling wall sticking, thermal storage instability, and aging crystallization.
