5. Precautions for Use

  • When mixing the formula, it is recommended to premix HDB-1908 with the dispersant for 2-3 minutes until uniform, and then add the active ingredient and filler to avoid excessive local concentration affecting the foam-free performance.
  • It should be stored in a sealed manner in a cool and dry place (temperature ≤35℃), avoiding direct sunlight and high-temperature exposure; if it is in liquid form, it may become slightly viscous in a low-temperature environment. It can be used normally after heating to 20℃ and stirring evenly without affecting performance.
  • For strong oxidizing active ingredients (such as potassium permanganate) or strong alkaline active ingredients (such as Bordeaux mixture), a small-scale test (total formula amount within 200g) should be carried out before the first use to verify the wetting effect and stability.
