  • Core Component: Ternary Polymerized Maleic Anhydride Polymer Potassium Salt, a high-molecular functional dispersing additive. Compared with ordinary binary polymer structures, the ternary polymerization system has more advantages in dispersion performance and compatibility.

2. Core Performance

  1. Hard Water Resistance: It has the core performance of "anti-triple hard water". In hard water environments with high concentrations of calcium and magnesium ions (such as some farmland irrigation water in the north and industrial circulating water reuse scenarios), it can effectively avoid agglomeration of the dispersion system, maintain a stable dispersion state, and solve the problem of reduced pesticide efficacy caused by hard water.

It can be compatible with WDG formulations of various types of pesticide technical materials such as insecticides, herbicides, and fungicides.   3. Dispersion and Disintegration: It can disintegrate spontaneously and rapidly within 1-3 minutes after contact with water, forming a dense and uniform dispersion system. Within the temperature range from 5℃ low temperature to 30℃ normal temperature, the disintegration speed and dispersion effect are stable, adapting to pesticide application environments in different seasons and regions.

  5. Process Compatibility: It is compatible with the conventional extrusion granulation process of pesticide WDG. There is no 卡顿 or sticking during the extrusion process. The strip formation is continuous and tough. The granules are smooth and not easy to break after forming. The amount of water required during production is only 70%-80% of that of traditional dispersants, which can reduce the energy consumption and time cost of the subsequent drying process.
