Chemical Category: Low-molecular-weight, highly modified sodium lignosulfonate
Appearance and Form: Brown powder with excellent water solubility and dispersibility
2. Core Performance
2.1 Salt Tolerance and pH Adaptability
It has extremely strong salt tolerance and can maintain stable dispersion performance in pesticide formulation systems with high salt concentrations (such as DF containing a large number of inorganic salt additives).
The applicable pH range is 10±1.0, and it has excellent compatibility in alkaline pesticide formulation systems (such as some alkaline fungicide and herbicide DF). Its dispersion performance will not fail due to pH fluctuations.
2.2 Formulation Adaptability
It performs excellently in Dry Flowable (DF) formulations, enabling rapid disintegration of DF granules. The suspension rate after immersion in water is ≥95%, and there is no risk of flocculation or delamination during storage.
2.3 Storage Stability
There is no moisture absorption, caking, or degradation during storage. The performance attenuation within the validity period is ≤3%, meeting the requirements of pesticide formulations for long-term storage.
3. Competitive Advantages
Molecular Weight and Modification Differentiation: The structural design of low molecular weight and high modification makes its dispersion speed and stability in DF formulations 15-20% better than conventional sodium lignosulfonate, especially in high-salt alkaline DF (such as herbicide DF containing a large amount of mineral salt).
Extreme System Compatibility: The dual advantages of salt tolerance and alkaline pH adaptability can replace some synthetic dispersants, reducing the cost and complexity of alkaline DF formulations.
4. Usage and Storage
Usage Suggestion: The addition amount for DF is 4-8%. It is recommended to be used in combination with alkaline wetting agents to optimize the dispersion effect.
Storage Conditions: Store in a sealed, dry, and ventilated place. Avoid long-term exposure to high-humidity environments. The storage temperature should be ≤30℃.
