1. Basic Attributes

  • Product Name: Borresperse NA
  • Chemical Category: Purified Modified Sodium Lignosulfonate
  • Appearance and Form: Light brown to tan powder with good fluidity and no obvious caking under normal storage conditions

2. Core Performance

2.1 Dispersion and Suspension Performance

  • It has high dispersion efficiency and performs excellently in Water Dispersible Granule (WDG) and Wettable Powder (WP) formulations. It can quickly and uniformly disperse pesticide particles in water, with a suspension rate ≥ 95% (under national standard test conditions).
  • It is especially suitable for high-density active ingredients (such as copper-based pesticides, Bordeaux mixture and other metal ion products), and can effectively overcome the problem of easy sedimentation of such active ingredients due to high density.

2.2 Formulation Adaptability

  • WDG: It performs outstandingly in WDG products such as imidacloprid and chlorothalonil, helping granules to disintegrate and disperse quickly after entering water.
  • WP: When used in most WP formulations, it has a beautiful tailing dispersion effect after entering water. The addition amount is 4-6%. When used with K12, there is no phenomenon of unqualified persistent foaming.

2.3 Compatibility and Versatility

  • It is compatible with a variety of pesticide active ingredients (such as insecticides, fungicides) and additives (such as K12), without affecting the efficacy of the original drug.

3. Typical Application Formula (45% Copper Oxychloride + 3% Kasugamycin WP)

Component Proportion Function Description
Borresperse NA 12% Main dispersant to ensure the dispersibility and suspension stability of copper oxychloride and kasugamycin
K12 2% Auxiliary dispersant to reduce surface tension
Excipients Appropriate amount Adjust the physical and chemical properties of the preparation
Kaolin QS Filler to optimize the physical properties of the preparation

4. Competitive Advantages

  • Performance Targeting: Compared with conventional lignin dispersants, its dispersion and suspension effect on high-density active ingredients (such as copper-based pesticides) is improved by more than 20%, solving the industry pain point of easy sedimentation of such active ingredients.
  • Cost Control: The addition amount is only 4-6%. When used with K12, there is no foaming risk, reducing the investment in defoamers and lowering the comprehensive cost of the preparation.

5. Usage and Storage

  • Usage Suggestion: Adjust the dosage according to the hydrophobicity of the active ingredient. For high-density active ingredients, it can be appropriately increased to 6-8%. It is recommended to optimize the ratio through suspension rate testing.
  • Storage Conditions: Store in a sealed, dry and ventilated place. Avoid long-term exposure to high-humidity environments. The storage temperature should be ≤ 30℃.
