II. Physical and Chemical Properties

Index Specific Parameters Notes
Appearance Light amber transparent to slightly turbid liquid No obvious delamination or sediment
Active Content 99%-100% High active ingredient ratio
Viscosity (20℃) 700-4000 mPa·s Fluidity suitable for most production processes
Specific Gravity (20℃) 0.85-0.90 g/cm³ Good compatibility with common water-based systems
Water Solubility Weak emulsification in water Requires uniform dispersion with stirring

III. Core Advantages

  1. Targeted Defoaming Performance:Specifically designed for weakly emulsifying systems, it rapidly breaks existing foam and provides long-term foam inhibition, preventing issues like product density inconsistency and surface defects caused by foam during production.
  2. Low Defect Risk:Silicone-free formula minimizes risks of "craters," "fish eyes," and adhesion loss in applications such as coatings and color pastes, making it ideal for industrial coatings and pigment concentrates with high surface flatness requirements.
  3. Superior Storage Stability:Using a special compounding process, it resists delamination or sedimentation even after long-term storage (recommended within 12 months) in a cool environment above 4℃, and can be used directly without secondary stirring.

IV. Application Fields

  • Core applicable systems: Pigment dispersions, industrial coatings (e.g., metal anticorrosive paints, wood paints), printing inks (water-based gravure/flexo inks);
  • Other suitable scenarios: Weakly emulsifying water-based adhesives, architectural coating color pastes, inorganic pigment concentration systems, etc.

V. Usage Guidelines

  • Recommended Dosage: 0.2%-0.6% of the total formula, adjustable based on the severity of foaming (can be increased to 0.8% for severe foaming);
  • Addition Timing:
    • Grinding stage: Add 50%-60% of the total dosage to suppress foam generation in advance during pigment dispersion;
    • Paint mixing/final product stage: Add the remaining 40%-50% to further optimize defoaming and prevent new foam from stirring.

VI. Storage and Safety

  • Storage Requirements: Store above 4℃ (40℉) in a cool, ventilated area, away from open flames and high-temperature sources (avoid exceeding 40℃), and keep the container sealed to prevent impurities;
  • Safety Notes: Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) before use. Wear protective gloves and goggles during operation. In case of skin contact, rinse immediately with water.
