6. Addition Method and Processing Guidance
It can be added at any stage of the production process, including post-addition. To reduce the foaming effect of the additive, it is recommended to add it at the final stage of manufacturing. When adding, it can be added directly to the system, or it can be added after being diluted with an appropriate solvent. During the addition process, sufficient stirring and mixing must be ensured to make the additive evenly dispersed in the system.
7. Special Reminder
Compared with traditional silicone oil, BYK-333 is relatively safe to use. However, before large-scale use, tests should be carried out to confirm its foaming stability, recoatability and crater tendency in the system to ensure that it is compatible with the entire production system and avoid negative impacts on product quality.
8. Storage and Transportation
	- Storage: When the storage temperature is lower than 5°C, the product may become turbid and layered. Before use, it needs to be heated to 20°C and mixed thoroughly, which does not affect the product performance. It is recommended to store at a temperature between 5 - 40°C, and the shelf life is as long as 60 months. It should be placed in a dry, cool and ventilated place, avoiding direct sunlight and high-temperature environments, and keeping the package sealed to prevent moisture and impurities from entering.
 
	- Transportation: Transport in accordance with the general chemical transportation requirements. During transportation, avoid severe collision, extrusion and rain to ensure that the product packaging is intact.
